Murray Mulligan believes that farming is an honorable way to make a living. As a fourth generation farmer he is proud to be a part of a multi generational farm which includes his son Bryce and nephew Adrian. Murray and his wife Rhonda live on the home quarter where Murray was raised. He takes great pleasure in his family which includes four grown children and five grandchildren. Murray is always anxious for spring so he can start seeding and loves winter, when he gets to exercise his other passion which is sledding. He has witnessed many changes in his 40 plus years of farming but is happy to embrace change. "When you can't", he says, "you know it's time to call it a day."

Bryce Mulligan is a fifth generation grain farmer in the Bon Accord area. Although Bryce grew up on the family farm, it wasn't until 2007 that he decided farming was the career choice for him. Bryce does the majority of Tri M Farms' seeding each spring, and dedicates his summer and fall to farm duties and harvesting. Bryce spends his free time playing and watching sports. He also enjoys traveling with his fiancé, Maron.

Adrian Mulligan grew up on the family farm and always knew he wanted to be a farmer. He has witnessed a lot of changes in the farming industry both with technique and technology and is committed to learning everything he can about agriculture. “I love to take things and watch them grow in both business and life.” For Adrian farming is a lifestyle not a job. He shares this life with his wife Tracy and three children: Bailey, Riley, and Morgan. The family philosophy is centered about the belief that it is best to work hard and play hard and not squander the moments in between.
